 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

• Do you offer gift packaging?                         

Yes! All BRILÉ orders include our signature beige packaging—elegant and ready for gifting. 

• What if I have a problem with my order?

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, or an exchange within 14 days.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Earrings, personalized items, and final sale pieces are not eligible.
