Thank you for shopping with BRILÉ. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: During holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options & Rates

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)

Puerto Rico:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

Shipping Delays

Once your package is in transit, BRILÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 Tracking Your Orden

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
