Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy – BRILÉ

At BRILÉ, we stand behind the quality of every piece and care deeply about your satisfaction. Please review our official policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty.

Returns – Within 7 Days:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

If more time has passed, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you based on product availability and condition.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

BRILÉ does not cover return shipping for voluntary returns or exchanges.

Exchanges – Within 14 Days:

We understand you may need a different size or style.

Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be new, unworn, and include original packaging.
  • Applies only to non-personalized and full-price items.
  • Earrings are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

To request an exchange:

Email us at inf.brileofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and replacement.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items;

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items without original packaging

1-Year Limited Warranty:

All BRILÉ pieces include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers:

  • Abnormal fading or loss of gold plating
  • Manufacturing defects or breakage not caused by misuse

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper care
  • Scratches, wear and tear, or excessive use
  • Lost or intentionally damaged items

To file a warranty claim:

Send an email to inf.brileofficial@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

BRILÉ reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
